Introducing Anthralytic
The market is shifting. The tools are ready. This is the moment.
Welcome, human.
For 15 years, I’ve worked across global development and nonprofit spaces — watching brilliant people pour their time and heart into programs, only to be handed a logic model someone else built or a dashboard no one ever opened.
I started Anthralytic because too many social impact teams doing the real work are being asked to prove their impact with tools they didn’t choose, can’t afford, or don’t trust.
Strategy and data firms have acted like gatekeepers.
Funders ask for evidence, but rarely invest in learning.
And AI? It's misunderstood — feared, worshipped, or ignored — when it could be used to make the work faster, clearer, and more human.
We can do better.
Anthralytic is a strategy and evaluation studio built for this moment.
We combine human insight with AI-enabled tools to help mission-driven teams clarify what matters, track progress, and build systems they actually want to use.
The name says it all:
Anthralytic = human + analytic. Because insight should be people-first — not platform-first.
This is our chance to build differently.
To break from extractive systems.
To make reflection routine — not a luxury.
To design strategy that’s usable, not just fundable.
To rethink who learning serves — and who it leaves out.
This newsletter is where I’ll share what we’re building, questioning, and rethinking — with full transparency.
Welcome to Anthralytic.
Glad you’re here.
