Background
I'm Sadie Paschke, founder of Anthralytic. With 15 years of experience in strategy, evaluation, and portfolio management across government and nonprofit sectors, I've lived the gaps that mission-driven organizations face—and I build solutions to fill them.
I founded Anthralytic to make impact strategy accessible, especially for organizations doing vital work but lacking the tools and support they need. We help teams design theories of change, translate data into insight, build internal learning capacity, and communicate impact in ways that inspire action.
I bridge strategy, measurement, and storytelling—combining expert consulting with AI-enhanced tools that make complex frameworks simple and actionable. I was the first in my family to graduate college and hold a Master of Development Practice from the Humphrey School, plus certifications in project management, Lean Six Sigma, and data visualization.
This newsletter shares what I'm learning as we build Anthralytic and work with organizations tackling everything from climate change to education equity to community development. Not the theoretical possibilities, but the practical realities of doing social impact work more effectively.
